Kids are welcome if they are ready to learn, we have no age minimum however we are NOT a day care. USA boxing certified, golden gloves program. Experience levels from beginner to pro welcome.
The BOW Martial Arts Academy is a qualified fight training, self-defense, and general martial arts school. We teach private, semi-private and group lessons. We deliver instruction to home, school, office, or gym. We can be found at youtube.com/bowacademy or bowacademy.org
