Plum Gar provides classes for all ages to enjoy and benefit. We are a group working with seniors in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area and at risk teens. We have sittercise classes, which are for those with limited mobility. Low impact aerobic class, which includes basic steps, line dance, and relaxation movements. Also offered is a Latin movement class in which we have one of our young men from the area instruct. We wind these classes down with yoga type movements to relax and practice deep breathing.…
