We are an ITF style Taekwondo club that is currently located at Temple Hills Community Center. We learn ITF Taekwondo and cross-train in Judo, Jujitsu and Western Boxing. We teach Kodokan Judo, an Olympic sport, for competitors, recreational players, cross training martial artists and generally anyone interested in learning Judo. We practice throws, pins, chokes and armlocks. Our goal is to develop Judo players towards their personal best in the sport and in life.
