Guru Pal Kaur Jude Asher has taught Kundalini yoga since 1987. She has trained with Ravi Singh, Shakta Kaur Khalsa, Siri Neel Kaur Khalsa and others. In addition to Kundalini, Ms Asher is IYT certified at the 200 hour level and teaches several varieties of Hatha Yoga including Beginning and Intermediate Hatha, Yoga for Seniors, Slow Flow and Yoga H2O, a pool based fusion style class. She is also available for private coaching, yoga parties and retreats and group classes, both private and corporate.
Radiant Child Yoga in collaboration with YoKid has created a 200 hour and 95 hour teacher training that is focused on yoga for children. Those who complete the training will have the skills and understanding to work with children, youth, and families.
