Plum Gar provides classes for all ages to enjoy and benefit. We are a group working with seniors in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area and at risk teens. We have sittercise classes, which are for those with limited mobility. Low impact aerobic class, which includes basic steps, line dance, and relaxation movements. Also offered is a Latin movement class in which we have one of our young men from the area instruct. We wind these classes down with yoga type movements to relax and practice deep breathing.…
Zumba classes offered everyday with different fun and experienced instructors!!! Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm, Thursdays at 6:45pm and again at 7:30pm, Fridays at 6:45pm, Saturday mornings at 8am and 9am and Sundays at 10am $10 drop in or Punch cards for $20 or $50 Open to public - all are welcome! SwingTime is a full time ballroom dance studio with an experienced staff. We feature social level and competition level instruction in both American and International ballroom styles.
