Wendy E. Willis received her Bachelor's degree in Harp from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music studying under Alice Chalifoux, formerly Principal Harpist of the Cleveland Orchestra. She attended the Cleveland Institute of Music as an Artist Diploma student. Wendy studied many summers at the Salzedo School in Maine Under Alice Chalifoux and Jeanne Chalifoux. She also Participated in The National Orchestra Institute of Maryland, Eastern Music Festival and Interlochen Music Camp.
