Plum Gar provides classes for all ages to enjoy and benefit. We are a group working with seniors in the Germantown/Gaithersburg area and at risk teens. We have sittercise classes, which are for those with limited mobility. Low impact aerobic class, which includes basic steps, line dance, and relaxation movements.
